What is purpose?
Purpose is an aim, vision or a determination/focus that should be reached.
So if there could be a purpose, then there is also a way to get to purpose
To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter or purpose under heaven: Ecclesiastes3:1
So this indicates that we are all made for a purpose and a reason. God didn’t create any of us without a purpose in His mind.
See what God told Jeremiah “Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations”. (Jeremiah 1:5)
So just like He knew Jeremiah, He knows you. He has made you for a reason. He has raised you for a reason. You are here for a purpose.
So the first way to understand life’s purpose is KNOWING you are made for a purpose.
Now you know you were made for a purpose and a reason, how can you walk in God’s purpose for you. Let’s look at few points:

You must accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It is in Christ that you can find your purpose. You have no place except through Christ.
2.You must accept God’s purpose for you and decide to work in His purpose for you no matter what. God also said in Jeremiah 29:11
“For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome”. (Jeremiah 29:11)
So you need to trust Him with all your heart, He knows better. He created you so He knows better than you think you do.

Trust God because His plans for you is for good. While trusting God, you need to trust Him with your all. Go all in and believe He knows what’s best for you.

Have a relationship with God and walk with Him all the way. We get into our purpose step by step so we need a constant walk with God to reach our goal and gain fulfillment.

God is always speaking, you need to be sensitive to hear from Him. While you walk with God, learn to hear from Him either through His word and prayer. It could also be through visions, prophecies and revelations.

Stand firm, hold unto God’s word and walk side by side with Him until you reach your destination. Don’t let temptations or situations push you down.

Be focused, take risks. When you discover your purpose, do not hesitate to work on them. You may just be discovering purpose, please as soon as God says “GO” PLEASE GO!

Godly friends is paramount. It would help you stand firm. If you are surrounded with purposeless men you can’t be a man of purpose!! Let this sink

Mentorship, you need men/women who God has placed to help direct you to where God has called you into. The road of purpose is tough, you need men that have gone before you to guide you.

Find your place: There’s a place for all believers. You don’t need to fight to be someone. Be You and build on you! Don’t fight to be on the pulpit when you should be in the business sector. Find your place, build there and proclaim Jesus there.
