In my few years in Ministry (more than a decade now), by the grace of God…..i have come across so many kinds of people,made great and glorious relationship and also ended so many unfruitful relationships….
I have been privileged by God to be hosted by many great Men and women (To God’s Glory) and we have seen God lifting Jesus Christ high above their situations but currently my SMS inbox, what’sapp chats and emails have been filled with lots of this question “Pastor why is the anointing not working for me?”.

I have tried to answer few of them but I realise that it will be better to make it public in order to save Many…
The ANOINTING is the Code of Sonship in the Life of a Minister, no Anointing comes on its own, the carrier paid a price for it, provoking or bringing the anointing to work for you requires work….

As I checked round silently I noticed one cause why the ANOINTING may not be working for you…..
No matter how Magnificent your problems are, saying Amen only to the prayers of an anointed man will not bring Solution to them if you don’t honour the anointed in your heart….
I have been to places that before I finished the Meeting there are TESTIMONIES everywhere while some other places nothing like that, not because Jesus is powerless but because the people that need the Solution are not ready for it…..

The ANOINTING you don’t value, you can’t draw virtue from it, no matter who you are
Even if the Anointed is your Husband or wife, if you don’t value the anointing it will not work for you.
Many have tried to fake honour but the real identity will always be revealed.

That he hosted you doesn’t mean he honours you, there are more to it.
The Anointing will not work for you if you don’t know how to provoke it in the life of the Anointed.
You insult or disdain an Anointed? Forget about recieving anything from that grace.
Be careful of joining others to talk down an Anointed Person.

Earlier those years in deeper life, I grew up to meet almost all the pastor trying to mimick and talk like Dr. W.F. Kumuyi. There’s a way he say in Jesus name, everyone was all about copying him including me. We thought his power was in his manner of speech.

At a point i had to pause, and ask. Why is everyone talking like G.S but we haven’t seen his results. Then I discovered we were only copying his mode of speech but we refused to copy his prayer life.

Then I began to hear of the prayer life of the man of God. One who was privilege to follow his convoy from one state to the other came back and said baba prayed in tongues throughout the journey. Ahh wasn’t this brother lying, we don’t speak in tongues in deeper life na? I’ve never heard G.S prayed in tongues on stage. Ehen?? So this is what he has been doing.

Then I heard Apostle speaking of how in those days Idahosa will gather them Kumuyi with his contemporaries and they’ll be praying in tongues for 48 hours. I saw how one time God asked him to get 7 size 12 inches sit, and sit on it, pray till it breaks and he began to pray stretch without standing up for 7hours.

This made me remember the story mom told told me of how reporters went to interview him and from 6am to 6pm they couldn’t see him, mummy biodun(of blessed memory) will say he is praying and one day she had to usher in this reporters to his prayer chamber to let them know she’s not lying.

One regional overseer was tired of ministry and went to Lagos for counseling and mummy brought him into the prayer chambers of G.S. immediately he saw baba praying and groaning with sweat and passion, he told mummy he’s satisfied, he went back to copy this principle.
Enough of copying the haircut and preaching method of men without copying their process.

Today we think the results is in the nice suit or the hoarse voice so we start shouting like Johnson Suleman, calm down bro.
Apostle Johnson Suleiman went abroad for a ministration and as soon as checked into his hotel room the receptionist told him “Benny Hinn just left this room and none has checked in there since”. Benny whaatt? He entered and began to pray without changing his wears.

According to him when he was tired and decided to check his wrist watch he had prayed for 36 hours.
IF THERE’S ANYTHING TO COPY ABOUT A MAN IT IS HIS SACRIFICE.

You know, I saw how Apostle Orokpo and Apst Edu always talk like their father Apostle Arome, so I thought kai i need to start talking like my father Evangelist Prince Ekeke so that anyone that hears me will know he’s my father. So I was listening to his message, chewing it praying in tongues until baba cautioned me

“Kabod what are you trying to do”? Then I remembered this things are not achieved in the flesh.
I remembered how Shekwonya started talking like his father Apostle Selman. According to him it was an encounter where his father laid hands on him continually and said “take all I have”, (something like this phrase although not exactly).

I sat down and said instead of me copying my father’s mode of speech why not copy his prayer life? This is a man that will pray one prayer point facing the wall for 6 hours. You don’t know the crazy hours of prayer he has spent with God. Instead of copying his mode of writing, why not copy his sacrifice? This is a man that came before Selman and Selman asked him “what price are you paying for your destiny?” When he told apostle, he said “I wish I started doing this things you’re doing when I was much younger, ” kaiii.

Evang Prince Ekeke is a Lion, a show horse,a striker. I know your like how he preaches, but before you copy how he preaches, why not copy how he prays. He will always tell you “This things you see me ministering are wells I dug for my self many years ago”.

WHAT PRICE ARE YOU PAYING NOW?
Apostle Femi Lazarus shared one time how he was caught up in a vision and appeared in the crusade ground of Pastor Chris, then he was hearing a voice and Lo and behold behind the platform was a man Joshua Selman praying and crying like a mad man.
THE NEXT TIME YOU TRY TO COPY A MAN IN MINISTRY, I BEG YOU COPY THEIR SACRIFICES TOO.

I know you can chant like Lawrence Oyor, please I beg you pray like him.
I know you can sing like Sir Theophilus, I just hope you can pray like him.
You love the utterances behind the words of Apostle Michael Orokpo, hope you love his sacrifices too.
I know you want to have results like Dr Paul Enenche, but I just hope you could pay the price.
Enough of bending your mouth to preach like Apostle, bend your knees to pray like him too.

I am where I am by the grace of God through this secret, no matter who you are, immediately I notice the anointing of God upon you,I can do anything just to get connected to it.

Hardworking doesn’t make a Man successful, Secret does.
Instead of fasting for 100 days why not obey a simple Principle.
