I personally believe that unless God specifically and repeatedly forbids you from doing so as a personal dealing, you should actually commit to master a secular, income generating skill or have a side career/business. Not all believers will do ministry solely on the pulpit. We cannot all be Levites.
No matter how called or anointed you are, no mastery, no money. Especially in this our current societal context.
Only unto the tribes of Levi he gave none inheritance; the sacrifices of the LORD God of Israel made by fire are their inheritance, as he said unto them. Joshua 13:14.
And the LORD spake unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any part among them: I am thy part and thine inheritance among the children of Israel. Numbers 18:20
Only Levites were not given land to till.
If you are not a Levite, better find your God-given land and till it.
