POEM: THE SIN OF ABORTION

POEM: THE SIN OF ABORTION
POEM: THE SIN OF ABORTION

There is an evil game;
A game that no one can win,
Abortion is its name.
Oh! what a terrible sin?
Indeed the greatest sin.
“Thou shalt not kill,” the bible says.
Babies life is just as precious not to take away.

Shower of blessing from above they symbolize.
Why then are they eliminated?
Isn’t it a sin?
All they want is a chance to live;
But pain and hatred are all you give.
They are to live in your womb;
But you made it their tomb.

“I don’t want to be embarrassed”, that you say,
Remembering not the evil foundation you’ll lay.

Why do they deserve to die soon?
Are they not meant to live and shine like the sun at noon?
Our land becomes gory,
Whilst under the bosom of the Almighty.

Their blood cry for justice like that of Abel.
One day it will pay it wages in fury.
Say no to Abortion!
Its penalty is damnation.
Shed not Innocent blood,
Even the blood of the unborn.
For, it’s a sin.
